What is Wellness and Guidance?
Wellness and Guidance offer personal development coaching from an experienced professional qualified in psychology and coaching. It facilitates personal growth through non-judgemental conversation, supporting clients in moving from where they are now to where they want to be. Coaching does not involve giving advice or suggestions. It is not therapy – it does not address past trauma or mental health conditions but focuses on present goals and future direction.
How long does each session last?
Each session lasts 60 minutes.
How many sessions will I need?
You can choose a package of 8 or 12 sessions. If you feel you'd like continued support after that, you're welcome to book additional sessions.
Do you offer online sessions?

Sessions are available online or in person.

Online sessions take place through a secure platform, allowing you to join from the comfort of your home.

In-person sessions can be arranged at locations across the Mid Ulster area to suit your needs; please note that in-person appointments involve an additional cost per session.

How much does coaching cost?
Sessions are £60. A range of pricing options is available to help keep coaching accessible. Payment details will be discussed and provided during your initial call, and you can choose the option that best suits you.
How do I book a session?
Once you decide to proceed with personal development coaching, you will receive a booking link by email to schedule your session.
